BYMA Panel
On November 15, managing director of Cefeidas Group, Santiago Chaher participated in the panel Corporate Governance of Listed Companies in an event hosted by Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA), Clifford Chance, The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), BNY Mellon and Marval, O’Farrell & Maira . The panel focused on an analysis of corporate governance requirements for public Argentine companies.
Mr. Chaher participated in the panel moderated by Javier Etcheverry Boneo, a Partner at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, with The National Securities Commission´s Director, Rocio Balestra and Grupo Supervielle´s Chief Financial Officer, Alejandra Naughton.
