Teófilo is Lead Specialist of Public Policy, Risk & Strategy at Cefeidas Group, where he assesses about Argentina’s political, economic and regulatory environment. Prior to joining Cefeidas Group, Teófilo practiced corporate and financial law in international firms and companies. He also co-founded Vuelta y Vuelta, a digital project dedicated to economic and political analysis in the Americas and Europe. Teófilo holds a Law degree from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, a Master’s degree in Political and Corporate Communication from the University of Navarra, and a postgraduate degree in Political Management from the George Washington University.
