Position: Senior Specialist – Public Policy, Risk & Strategy (Hybrid – Full Time)

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities on the Public Policy, Risk, and Strategy team will include:
- Design, develop, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with our client’s objectives.
- Develop and help execute engagement strategies with international organizations, civil bodies, industry chambers, and other pertinent political entities within the Latin American regulatory landscape.
- Monitor and support the client policy team in implementing high-impact projects in collaboration with international organizations.
- Map and report key regional events that should be attended and/or monitored, prioritize, and build the client’s participation agenda.
- Identify global regulatory trends, and anticipate opportunities and challenges to the interests of Cefeidas Group clients.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Keen interest and knowledge of Latin American politics.
- Experience working with international bodies, civil organizations, industry chambers, and other political stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with strong teamwork abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple work assignments concurrently.
- Advanced research, writing, and editing skills.
- Flexibility and a proactive willingness to learn.

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (international relations, political science, economics, public policy, journalism, etc.)
- Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
