Martín leads Cefeidas Group’s Public Policy, Risk & Strategy unit, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of professionals across Argentina, Chile, and Spain. With deep expertise in political risk, regulatory affairs, and public policy advisory, he helps clients navigate complex and evolving institutional environments across Latin America and beyond.

 

A seasoned team builder with an international outlook, Martín brings together diverse talent and perspectives to deliver sharp, actionable analysis for businesses, investors, and organizations operating in the region. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese — a reflection of a career and personal journey shaped by living and working across multiple countries.

 

Before joining Cefeidas, Martín developed social programs for business chambers in Mendoza and served as an advisor in the City Council. His career also includes work managing projects for leading social development and educational NGOs — Centro de Atención Integral para la Inclusión (CAII) and Enseñá por Argentina, the local chapter of the global network Teach for All — as well as experience at LlyC, the public affairs advisory firm, and the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

Martín holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad del Salvador, complemented by studies at the Universidade de Brasília — an exchange that deepened both his Portuguese and his understanding of Brazilian politics and society. He furthered his academic training with a teaching credential (Profesorado Universitario) from Universidad Austral, and completed a postgraduate specialization in Economic Development at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
