Lucina is a Specialist in Corporate Governance, Stewardship & Sustainability at Cefeidas Group. She assists with research, analysis and implementation of Corporate Governance practices for clients. Prior to joining Cefeidas Group, she worked as an analyst in the Normative Control Unit at Citibank Argentina. Recently she worked in the Corporate Governance Research Team during the proxy season at the Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) offices in Belgium. During her time there she supported the team analyzing corporate governance and financial information to write research reports and issuing proxy vote recommendation for shareholding meetings on publicly traded companies in the Spanish market. Lucina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), and  is currently in the process of completing a Master’s Degree in International Studies at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
