Prior to joining Cefeidas Group, he worked on the Public Affairs team of a leading energy company in Argentina, where he engaged stakeholders, monitored regulations, and positioned the industry. He previously served at the Presidency of Argentina, where he managed strategic policy initiatives, engagement with multilateral development banks, and coordination with international stakeholders. He also served at the Chamber of Deputies, focusing on international engagement and institutional relations.

Juan Francisco holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad Austral. He further specialized through postgraduate studies in crisis management, political strategy, international security and defense.
