Guadalupe is a Senior Specialist in Public Policy, Risk & Strategy at Cefeidas Group, where she analyzes Argentina and southern cone countries’ political, economic and regulatory landscape to identify opportunities and challenges for clients operating in the ICT sector. Before joining Cefeidas Group, she worked in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as a Corporate Intelligence Analyst at a British multinational advisory firm. Guadalupe also worked as a political analyst at the Buenos Aires City government’s Finance and Economic Ministry, and as an assistant professor of International Commerce at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). Guadalupe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the UTDT in Buenos Aires, and completed specializations in Technology and Internet governance.
