Lucas also had previous experience at Cefeidas Group, researching, monitoring, and reporting on the political, economic, and regulatory environment for tech-based organizations. He graduated from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) with a degree in Political Science and Government, with a minor in Technology and Data Science.
