Carlos oversees operations in Chile and Peru, ensuring the smooth functioning of all company activities in both countries. He offers on-the-ground insights for Cefeidas’s clients in Chile as well as research expertise in Peru. Carlos also advises the director of the London Politica’s Latin America Programme, a geopolitical risk advisory and think tank.

Before assuming his current position, Carlos worked for the London-based business intelligence firm Deheza Ltd. while finishing his PhD in Political Studies at the University of Rome La Sapienza. He also served in the Chilean government in different capacities throughout eight years.
