Henry is a Senior Analyst in the Public Policy, Risk and Strategy team at Cefeidas Group, where he advises multinational clients in the mining, energy, and natural resources sectors on political risk, regulatory developments, and stakeholder engagement across Latin America. He supports the design and implementation of government relations and external affairs strategies, delivering high-level analysis and briefings to inform investment decisions and corporate positioning. His work includes stakeholder mapping, policy monitoring, and the development of engagement strategies with government, civil society, and industry actors.

Prior to joining Cefeidas Group, Henry worked as a Public Affairs Executive at a Latin America-focused communications firm, where he led research on emerging technologies, including AI, and their policy implications across the region. He has also worked with NGOs in Colombia, Chile, and Spain, coordinating projects and campaigns focused on migration, human rights, and social inclusion. Henry holds a First Class BA in International Politics and Hispanic Studies from the University of Liverpool.
