In an article written by Benedict Mander for the Financial Times on October 17, managing director of Cefeidas Group, Juan Cruz Díaz, was quoted on the potential impact of Argentina’s “notebooks” corruption scandal.
“The politicisation of Argentina’s judicial system is likely to hinder investigations,” said Juan Cruz Díaz of Cefeidas, a consultancy in Buenos Aires.
