In an article written by Benedict Mander, for the Financial Times on March 21, managing director of Cefeidas Group, Juan Cruz Díaz was quoted on Mendoza’s transition to renewable energy as a way to attract investors.
Juan Cruz Díaz, a political analyst who runs the Cefeidas consultancy group in Buenos Aires, says “Mendoza has done excellent work in promoting its exports and tourism, but it still faces an enormous challenge in promoting investment.”
