Companies Circle AGM 2014
Santiago Chaher, Cefeidas Managing Director, coordinated the 2014 del Companies Circle Annual General Meeting in San José, Costa Rica. The topics discussed were Corporate Governance (CG) in group of companies; CG and sustainability; and ethics and compliance. Santiago Chaher also presented on a session about the use of social media by boards and its impact in the company’s governance. Moreover, Mrs. Claudia Drago, General Counsel at Grupo Graña y Montero, was chosen as the Chair of the Companies Circle for 2014-2015.
