On August 27, 2014, Cefeidas Group’s Managing Director Juan Cruz Díaz spoke at the 3rd Shale Gas World Argentina. Shale Gas World Argentina 2014 is the most significant meeting place and exhibition for operators and key stakeholders in shale gas exploration and development in the country. It is the premier conference to debate the economics of the Argentine shale industry and learn how the country is working to commercialize shale reserves. Mr. Díaz was invited to chair a roundtable entitled “Navigating the Regulatory Landscape,” and to present his views on the plenary of the conference. “While there are many expectations and optimism on Argentina’s shale prospects, it is equally true that investors and operators are watching very closely potential regulatory changes and further restrictions that might arise in the coming months,” Mr. Díaz pointed out after the conference.
