A report by the IFC Global Corporate Governance Forum highlights the first train the trainers event for directors in the Caribbean Region moderated by consultant Santiago Chaher and the work to support the development of a new Corporate Governance Code in Jamaica. “We turned to the Forum to use their network to reach out to experts, institutes of corporate governance, and others for examples of codes and other information that would help us.
