Analyst/Specialist Native English Speaker – Public Policy, Risk & Strategy

Cefeidas Group is seeking a highly-motivated native English speaker to join our dynamic team full-time. In this challenging position, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, researching and analyzing developments in the political, regulatory and economic spheres in Argentina in order to support the team’s objectives. You will lead the preparation of deliverables for clients and work with other team members to complete projects at a high standard. Please note that all applicants must have an advanced level of Spanish (both written and verbal).

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake political/regulation-focused research in English and Spanish
• Monitor key issues of interest and analyze the potential impact of developments
• Research, edit and write of reports on a variety of industries and provinces in Argentina
• Provide feedback, review and sign off on outgoing reports, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Project manage to meet report deadlines
• Ad hoc: support for presentations, briefings, writing assignments and client proposals

Essential Requirements

• Holder of a relevant university degree (such as international relations, politics, economics, journalism, public policy, etc.)

• Strong understanding of politics and political processes in general, and interest in Argentine politics and current affairs

• Analytical skills and ability to think strategically

• Excellent attention to detail and concern for accuracy

• Strong communication skills and team working abilities 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple work assignments

• Advanced research, and strong writing and editing skills

• Advanced Spanish (reading, writing, spoken)

• Flexibility and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Creativity and strategic thinking
• Initiative and ability to work effectively cross-functionally with all areas of the company
