Matias Araujo


Matias is an intern for the Political & Regulatory Risks/Strategic Affairs Practice of Cefeidas Group. He researches, monitors, and evaluates local and international developments throughout Argentina and the Southern Cone Region. He is in the process of completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Policy and the Economy at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires.


Soledad Aroz
Corporate Governance Specialist

Soledad Aroz coordinates the Corporate Governance Practice at Cefeidas Group, where she assesses companies’ corporate governance standards and provides legal analysis regarding best practices for both local and international corporations. Soledad is also an Associate at Cefeidas Group’s sister company, Diaz, Elias & Chaher Abogados (DECH), a specialized legal firm based in Buenos Aires ( Prior to joining Cefeidas, she interned in the judicial system of Mendoza Province. Soledad was also a tutor at the National University of Cuyo and regularly participated in moot courts, such as the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Soledad graduated as a lawyer from the National University of Cuyo in 2014 and spent a semester abroad in Spain, at the University of Jaén. Soledad is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Universidad de San Andres.
