Franco is a Senior Analyst in Public Policy, Risk & Strategy at Cefeidas Group. He holds a degree in Political Science and Government from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and is currently working on a research project about the different impacts of social movements on Argentinean legislation. His training includes congressional consultancy, where he acquired knowledge about the technique and dynamics of legislatures; as well as business administration, where he learned about the management of organizations. Prior to joining Cefeidas Group, Franco was a volunteer in the human rights promotion area of Amnesty International, and worked as an advisor to a congresswoman in the Argentine Congress.
