María Martínez Frugoni, Finance & Administration Manager

María Martínez Frugoni is Finance & Administration Manager at Cefeidas Group. Before joining Cefeidas Group, she worked at Molinos Rio de la Plata, a leading Latin American food products company, in both the Merger & Acquisitions and Trade Marketing areas. Prior to that, she was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning sector of S.C. Johnson & Son and a Senior Consultant at Paradigma, a management, processes, and systems consultancy. Mrs. Martínez Frugoni is a specialist in business development and merger and acquisitions processes. She graduated from the Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina with a degree in Economics. She also holds graduate degrees from the Universidad del Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina (CEMA) and the Universidad de Belgrano in Corporate Finance and Business Development.

Olivia Amter, Junior Consultant

Olivia Amter provides support to the political risk team, assisting in political and regulatory research and analysis. Olivia has experience working in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including internships at Rattagan, Macchiavell, Arocena & Pena Robirosa Law Firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the Meridian International Center and the United States Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agricultural Service, both in Washington,DC. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a Degree in Political Science and minors in Global Studies and Spanish Language. Olivia also spent a year studying international politics and political theory at universities in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Fiona Laird, Junior Consultant

Fiona Laird assists the team with the Corporate Governance and Sustainability practice, specially in the coordination of the Latin American Corporate Governance Companies Circle and the Latin American Network of Corporate Governance Institutes. Before joining Cefeidas Group, Fiona was an intern at ACIJ (Asociación Civil por la igualdad y justicia) and RACI (Red Argentina para la Cooperación Internacional), two NGOs based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  She graduated from Cardiff University (UK) with a degree in European Union Studies.  While at Cardiff University, Fiona was also an active volunteer for Action for Children, a charity organization and spent her year abroad in Mexico as a British Council Assistant.

Soledad Aroz, Analyst

Soledad Aroz provides general support in research and projects in all of our practices. Prior to Cefeidas Group, Soledad worked as an Assistant at Global Group, and as a Tutor at the Law Faculty of Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Soledad was also an intern in the judicial system of Mendoza, Argentina. She is pursuing her studies on Law at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Apart from her domestic courswork, she spent one semester in Universidad de Jaén, Spain where she studied international and European law. Soledad actively participate in the “Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition,” organized by the International Law Students Association, where she coaches the team form Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
