G20/OECD
Cefeidas Group’s Managing Directors, Santiago Chaher and Juan Cruz Díaz participated in the OECD corporate governance technical workshop on December 2, training attendees on the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.
Invited to participate by OECD State Undersecretary Marcelo Scaglione, Mr. Chaher and Mr. Díaz, along with Elizabeth O’Donnell, the President of the Association of Business Leaders (ADE), offered insights into their practical experiences.
Other sessions throughout the day focused on diversity and gender in corporate governance, best practices in the application of the OECD principles as well as the key challenges to their implementation.
The event was co-hosted by: the British Argentine Chamber of Commerce (CCAB), the British Embassy in Argentina, the International Public Budget Association (ASIP), ADE, Argentine Association of Budget and Public Finance Administration (ASAP), the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the National Finance Ministry.
